Guidelines

Welcome Aboard !

Yes! It is us who add the COOL factor in Gypsyville. So there is a lot which needs to be said, and here is the plan.

What all do you need to know? It's simple just read through:

FB Campaign :
1. Share pics and poster on the event page directly. You do not have to hesitate, share your products.
2. Do NOT create separate event pages. It dilutes the event. The official page has tons of information, more that 800 people are going so it looks like a great event. However, just a page with one pic does not help, as everyone wants to know the full deal.
3. If you can't invite guests, share the EVENT LINK on your friend's timeline. This creates a ripple effect. As soon as one, just one friend clicks going;the event gets featured of their friend's timeline as well.
4. ALWAYS use the HASHTAG. Please do #Gypsyville for all posts.
5. I need a picture of you holding a white board/card with lines like "Check out my stall XZY at #Gypsyville" or "ABC looks forward to see you at #Gypsyville". This post you can upload on your own timeline, your pages feed and the event's timeline.

Payment :
If you have paid then need not worry. In case you have NOT please make the payment latest by Thursday 24th September.

D Day:
Reporting time is 12 noon on 26th September at The Caravan Emami Market. All stalls to complete full set up by latest 3:45pm. Please do not leave anything for the last minute, as it creates a bad impression. Also, set up early and chill, meet the other participants.

Getting Ready:
1. Tons of business cards.
2. A A3 size poster or placard with your stall name: VERY IMPORTANT.
3. A small lamp for all jewelry stalls. In case you have small items to display, then you can get a lamp too.
4. All jewelry/hairbands/scarf stalls carry a small mirror. In case someone wants to try, they will be able to. This will promote sales.
5. Carry plenty of change. When in a rush it's difficult to arrange change. Be prepared.
6. Have a price tag for each item. Often people hesitate to ask, a clear price will do wonders.
7. For the food items, please keep it as clean as possible, Use clearwrap for your products and better if you use disposable gloves. Keep few extra bunches of paper napkins.
8. Maybe put up an Offer. Just a suggestion, say Buy 4 cupcakes get 1 FREE. Think, see what will work the best for YOU!
9. Customers might bargain. I live it each day. So be polite, you do not have to give anyone a special 'discount'.
10. Bring celotape, signage, pins, ribbons, money pouch.
11. We will provide a white table cloth. If you want to make your stall look bright, bring your own. Any decorative item will add to the charm.
12. Just to tackle the afternoon sun, get sunglasses, umbrellas and a bottle of water.
13. If you have large size products like dream catchers or lamps. Carry a few plastic bags for your customer.
14. Please price your products reasonably.
15. Dress well and smile. Take plenty of pics and upload.
16. Carry a plastic sheet or table cloth just in case there is slight rain fall.
